About the Position

As our Social Inclusion Program Assistant, you’ll bring warmth, creativity, and energy to our Social Support programs — helping older adults stay active, engaged, and socially connected. You’ll plan and deliver activities that make a real difference, while ensuring programs run smoothly and safely behind the scenes.

Skills and Experience

  •  A genuine passion for supporting older people to stay independent and socially connected
  •  Strong communication skills with a friendly, inclusive, and professional approach
  •  Creative thinker who enjoys designing engaging activities and experiences
  •  Reliable team player with great time management and attention to detail
  •  Confident using technology and administration systems (experience with GoldCare or MAC a bonus!)
  •  Holds a current driver’s licence (able to drive a 10-seater bus for local outings)

Requirements

  • Employee Working with Children’s Check
  • Satisfactory National Police Check
  • Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
