About the Position

In conjunction with the Sportsground Maintenance Foreperson, you will be responsible for developing & implementing the turf management programs across the Sports Field division to meet the established service standards. 

Skills and Experience

• Qualifications and experience in turf wickets
• Relevant Degree, Diploma or proven experience and achievements in Horticulture
• Experience in understanding horticultural/turf management principles and applying them to practical scenarios.
• Experience in positive development of staff and workgroups.
• Experience in communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-developed problem solving and influencing skills.
• Exceptional team working and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Employee Working with Children’s Check (if applicable)
• Satisfactory National Police Check; and
• Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
