About the Position
In conjunction with the Sportsground Maintenance Foreperson, you will be responsible for developing & implementing the turf management programs across the Sports Field division to meet the established service standards.
Skills and Experience
- Qualifications and experience in turf wickets
- Relevant Degree, Diploma or proven experience and achievements in Horticulture
- Experience in understanding horticultural/turf management principles and applying them to practical scenarios.
- Experience in positive development of staff and workgroups.
- Experience in communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed problem solving and influencing skills.
- Exceptional team working and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Employee Working with Children’s Check (if applicable)
- Satisfactory National Police Check; and
- Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.
