About the Position:
The Learn to Swim Team Leader has a focus on the growth and delivery of the School's program along with the Learn to Swim Swimming program. They are a positive role model, dedicated to leading and motivating the Learn to Swim team to build strong, engaging relationships with schools, students and parents.
Skills and Experience:
- Well-developed communication skills
- Experience in providing high level customer service, through promptly responding to all enquiries
- Achieve success through supervision and leadership to the Swimming Instructors & Pool Deck Supervisors
- Assist in the training and development of staff, facilitating their understanding of procedures and key responsibilities
- Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Ability to plan and organise work
- Ability to make decisions within their area to meet operational needs and be accountable for their actions
- Assist in the development and management of staff rosters ensuring coverage of key customer service and program functions
Requirements of the position:
- Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
- Provide First Aid
- CPR
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Successful applicant will be required to complete a Police Check
