About the Position

Our Swim School Consultants are responsible for driving enrolments and supporting the growth of Aquatic Programs through a strong customer and sales focus. This role engages with prospective and existing members, provides tailored program recommendations, and delivers a high standard of service across all touchpoints. Working closely with Aquatics team, the Swim School Consultant implements marketing initiative, manages enquiries, and contributes to achieving participation and revenue targets while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in initiating and developing new sales
  • Well-developed interpersonal communications and presentation skills
  • Administrative and statistical/data record keeping experience
  • Point of Sale, database management and Microsoft Office suite skills

Requirements

  • Must be available to consistently work a variety of morning, evening, and weekend shifts
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (desired)
  • Current Working with Children’s Check
  • Current CPR required
