About the Position

Our Pool Deck Supervisors play a key role in delivering safe, welcoming and high-quality programs. Responsible for overseeing daily lessons, supporting and guiding employees, and maintaining strong safety and customer service standards, this role ensures a positive experience for all.  Working collaboratively with the broader team, Pool Deck Supervisors provide on-deck leadership, responds to customer needs and drives consistency in our programs.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in delivering swimming lessons to a vast range of levels & backgrounds
  • Point of Sale, database management and Microsoft office suite skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Experience in providing instructions & feedback to others
  • Well-developed problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities

Requirements

  • Must be available for a variety of daytime, night, and weekend shifts
  • Must be willing to undertake provided training opportunities for upskilling and professional development
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (desirable)
  • AUSTSWIM Assessor
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR
  • Working With Children Check
