About the Position
Our Pool Deck Supervisors play a key role in delivering safe, welcoming and high-quality programs. Responsible for overseeing daily lessons, supporting and guiding employees, and maintaining strong safety and customer service standards, this role ensures a positive experience for all. Working collaboratively with the broader team, Pool Deck Supervisors provide on-deck leadership, responds to customer needs and drives consistency in our programs.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in delivering swimming lessons to a vast range of levels & backgrounds
- Point of Sale, database management and Microsoft office suite skills
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills
- Experience in providing instructions & feedback to others
- Well-developed problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities
Requirements
- Must be available for a variety of daytime, night, and weekend shifts
- Must be willing to undertake provided training opportunities for upskilling and professional development
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (desirable)
- AUSTSWIM Assessor
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- Working With Children Check
