About the Position

Our Swimming and Water Safety Teachers deliver over 1000 lessons per week to the City of Monash. We are a welcoming and inclusive swim school, helping to develop safer, stronger swimmers and living our Vision of ‘Participate Your Way’.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications in swimming instruction, and skills in managing students of various ages and abilities in an aquatic learning environment
  • Experience in the Aquatics and Recreation Industry
  • Strong organisation and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team and help foster team goals
  • Well-developed time management and supervision skills

Requirements

  • Must be available for a variety of shifts, including day time, evening and weekends.
  • Current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Current CPR Qualification
  • Employee Working with Children
  • Current Police Check
