About the Position
Our Swimming and Water Safety Teachers deliver over 1000 lessons per week to the City of Monash. We are a welcoming and inclusive swim school, helping to develop safer, stronger swimmers and living our Vision of ‘Participate Your Way’.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualifications in swimming instruction, and skills in managing students of various ages and abilities in an aquatic learning environment
- Experience in the Aquatics and Recreation Industry
- Strong organisation and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and help foster team goals
- Well-developed time management and supervision skills
Requirements
- Must be available for a variety of shifts, including day time, evening and weekends.
- Current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current CPR Qualification
- Employee Working with Children
- Current Police Check
