About the Position

We’re searching for an enthusiastic Organisational Development (OD) Advisor to join our vibrant People & Safety team.If you love variety, collaboration, and bringing capability building ideas and programs to life — you’ll fit right in.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Organisational Development Lead to coordinate, manage and deliver a wide range of learning and OD programs. From partnering with facilitators and internal stakeholders to create learning, running induction sessions and managing our learning systems, to supporting the performance cycle, engagement initiatives, and recognition programs — you’ll be at the heart of building capability across the organisation.

No two days are the same and will consist of a mix of the following:

  • Designing and delivering workshops and key learning programs (including the Monash Learning Academy)
  • Running the onboarding experience for new employees and keeping it continuously updated
  • Keeping our learning library up to date to provide curated and current on-demand content
  • Supporting mandatory training requirements and ensuring everyone stays compliant and informed
  • Helping deliver our annual performance planning and development cycle
  • Supporting engagement surveys and building insightful reporting
  • Conducting data retrieval and analysis to support continuous improvement of programs
  • Coordinating service recognition and helping deliver our major awards programs
  • Supporting our people leaders and employees with day-to-day OD queries and ensuring they have what they need to succeed

Skills and Experience

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning or relevant work experience
  • Excellent people skills and a proactive, can‑do approach
  • HRIS or LMS experience (bonus points if you know your way around performance and learning modules)
  • WorkDay experience highly desirable
  • The ability to juggle deadlines, activities, and stakeholders
  • Experience in facilitation and workshop design
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills

  • Right to work in Australia
  • Satisfactory National Police Check
