Due to parental leave, we have an exciting, fixed term opportunity until August 2027 for an HR professional to join a collaborative, knowledgeable and supportive HR Business Partnering Team!

You will partner with a Talent Business Partner and together provide responsive, high quality and customer focused HR operational support to both leaders and employees. This is a great opportunity to hone your HR administration skills in an environment where no two days are the same. 

About the Position

This role requires human resources knowledge and experience with a key focus to:

  • Monitor, triage and allocate tasks in the Talent email inbox
  • Provide first-level advice on People & Safety matters
  • Data analysis and reporting for the Talent function
  • Process employee variations; Change in hours, title changes, higher duties
  • Offer contracts and background checks
  • Post job advertisements including formatting Position Descriptions
  • Document library management

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience is highly desirable
  • Exceptional organisational skills and high levels of accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to high quality customer service
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within a HR or Recruitment Administration team
  • Proficient with HR systems 
  • Experience with WorkDay highly desirable
  • Data and reporting capabilities
  • Must be willing to complete a Satisfactory National Police Check
