About the Position
The Age Well Administration Officer will provide administrative support and customer service for programs and activities that promote healthy, active ageing and foster social connections within our older community. As an integral part of a team, the position supports the preparation of the Positive Ageing Lifestyle Program, program evaluation and contributes to the development of initiatives aligned with Age Friendly community goals. Cultivating positive relationships across the organisation and with community partners to deliver high-level administrative support for all Age Well programs. Additionally, provide support to the community transport programs and drive for community transport services when required.
Skills and Experience
- Understanding of issues related to older people and social inclusion principals
- Experience providing administrative and program support to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives in a community development or services environment
- Qualifications in Community Services or Development or related discipline and/or demonstrated relevant experience, in community services
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and proven competency to drive a 12-seater community bus
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role involving administration and customer service in a community service environment

- Satisfactory National Police Check
