An opportunity to be part of a growing Infrastructure Maintenance Team delivering risk minimisation and maintenance of Council's footpath, road, drainage, signs and furniture assets around the municipality in accordance with the Road Management Plan.
About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the role plays an important function in the Infrastructure Maintenance Unit; by making sure assets are functioning to their full potential. You will be carrying out tasks on such assets, but not limited to:
- Drainage pits/pipes
- Footpath bay remedial works;
- Pothole remedial works;
- Sign Installation and Maintenance
- Street furniture Installation and Maintenance
- Inspections in conjunction with the Road Management Plan.

- RIIWHS205E – Control Traffic with Stop-Slow Bat holds or willing to obtain relevant qualifications
- Victorian MR licence – or willing to obtain.
- Industry cards and tickets will be highly regarded
- Relevant experience in relation to infrastructure maintenance for drainage and road assets will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work unsupervised with good problem-solving skills and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake work outside of normal hours as may be required.
