Monash's Engineering Department has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and skilled profession to join our team as Team Leader Asset Protection.
About the Position
Reporting to the Coordinator Asset Protection this position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the asset protection team to ensure high quality and timely outcomes relating to customer service delivery requirements and the achievement of department /divisional objectives.
Skills and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with several years relevant experience or lesser formal qualifications with extensive infrastructure experience within the context of an urban and diverse community
- Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulations related to asset protection and infrastructure assets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and evidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive and results driven approach, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements with a focus on enhancing customer service and service delivery capabilities
