About the Position

The Technical Business Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of business solutions, ensuring they meet the City of Monash’s strategic goals. By managing key projects and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, the candidate will drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in business process analysis, functional solution design, and system configuration.
  • Proficiency in data migration, integration strategies, and troubleshooting system interoperability issues.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance requirements in enterprise solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and defect resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Ability to design and configure solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals
  • Strong skills in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on system capabilities and enhancements
  • Proficiency in supporting data migration, transformation, and integration activities
  • Experience in conducting functional testing and validating system performance
  • Capability to provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting functional issues and facilitating user training
