An exciting opportunity is available to join the Statutory Planning team in a newly developed Team Leader role. This position is one of three Team Leaders reporting to the Coordinator Statutory Planning. For this opportunity, the Council is looking for a strong leader, experienced in educating and developing a statutory planning team.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the team in demonstrating a commitment to delivering quality customer service as well as increasing the results achieved as a team.
While you will be strong technically, a focus on people management will be the key to your success. You will have six direct reports and you must be passionate about developing and coaching your team for success.
